As we said CQG cannot be that slow. Check the Chart Update Interval setting: Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu) And there may also be better performance once we use the direct CQG FIX connection when we have that set up through the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service.
