You only have a LMAX demo account assigned to your Sierra Chart account. Refer to step 6: LMAX Trading Service: Setup Instructions You need to choose this as the service: LMAX Demo Trading - DTC
Not Live like you are doing.Thanks, but it is still not working and this gets really frustrating at this point.
We are not even understanding, why you would choose the Live service when you have a demo account. The documentation is very clear and you just are not paying attention to it.
