To start with, you need to remove the study "ETOFSv3.scsf_Unfinished_Business" from your charts, as it is causing a CPU Exception which could lead to other issues with the Sierra Chart software. Do not use that study until it has been updated to not cause the CPU Exception. With regards to the Premium, you need to use the Custom Calculated Symbols to get this information.
