So you also have at times a lagging data issue when using CQG? When using the Denali Exchange Data Feed , 1 minute would be unbelievable especially when there is data compression being used. Set Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> Detailed Heartbeat Logging to Yes and then press OK. When you notice the issue, open Window >> Message Log. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the Message Log and provide the last 50 lines or so of the Message Log by selecting the first of the 50 lines and then hold the Shift key and then scroll to the last line and select it and release the Shift key. On the Edit menu of the Message Log select Copy Selection. Then paste the lines here by right clicking in the message box area and selecting Paste.
