Make sure that Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings>>Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is enabled: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) And then translate the symbols to the current service with Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
