Not really sure exactly what you are trying to express here, but that document is only a portion of what is involved. There is business negotiations, cost, physical connectivity, hardware, the programming to connect to and process the data, supervision. And there are also multiple connections involved. There are something like 70+ multicast connections. About 35 for incremental and 35 for snapshot for EOBI. Not just one. And the reference data, is FAST encoded. The EOBI data feed on its own is not usable. The instruments are identified by a numeric identifier and there is no information about descriptions, or price increment or currency value per price increment. The reference data was the most difficult part. First of all that is FAST encoded and we have our own FAST decoder. We had to do additional development to support that data feed. And there was so much back and forth with EUREX if we would even have access to the RDI feed. And looking at alternatives.The whole thing was very strange because it is so essential.
