The way you describe it this indicates a problem with your computer system. And at this point, we recommend that you discontinue use of Sierra Chart. We will not be responding to you further on these subjects. All you are doing is finding problems with your own code, procedures, system or external programs and blaming them on us. This is only wasting our time. Please discontinue use of Sierra Chart and go elsewhere. You are most welcome to post any kind of negative comments you want about Sierra Chart, elsewhere. (For the record, this particular user contacted us through other means, and was finding problems with their own code, procedures, system or external programs and thought there is a bug in Sierra Chart, and unless we fixed these alleged bugs, which are their own, they would post their "recommendations" on other forums.
