If you select these commands, directly from the Window menu, do they go to the previous and next charts? Is the movement through the charts correct?
No, they do nothing as well. Make sure the keyboard shortcuts are set correctly
I re-checked all this several times. https://i.imgur.com/NydVVKr.png If the keyboard shortcuts are not working after you have configured them, this is not something we can help with.
