The account in that thread is expired. The account from which you have posted here is not restricted. They are two different accounts. When you say that you were trying to get the data from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service, did you switch your "Service" setting on the Data/Trade Service Settings window to "SC Data - All Services" in order to ensure that you were not getting the data from IB?
