We see that you are set with Service Package 5 and the Denali Exchange Data Feed. This all looks good in terms of the options you have chosen. The only issue with your data is that you have not connected Sierra Chart to your funded trading account yet. In this particular case, you will want to connect to your Interactive Brokers account, as we are no longer supporting Rithmic.
