The old symbol formats for NYMEX, CBOT, EUREX and Hong Kong futures exchange have now been removed. At this time you must use this Edit menu command to translate symbols to the current format: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service Otherwise, you will not receive data for the symbol. Either historical or real-time or delayed. This applies when using the SC Data-All Services service.
