What happens when you open a new chart through File >> Find Symbol? We opened the chart for that symbol on the CTS live server in this is what we got: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1392314348272.png It looks correct. Another thing to check are the multipliers through Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2. Update: We think we know why there could potentially be a problem. We are checking on this.
