A Point is the smallest price increment change that can occur on the left side of the decimal point. A Tick is the smallest price increment change that can occur on the right side of the decimal point. You can derive the Currency Value per Point from existing data as follows: Take the Currency Value per Tick and divide it by the Tick Size.
