I have updated to the latest version of Sierra Chart and updated the Symbol Settings as instructed and still having issues with seeing accurate data on the 30 second and 15 second charts. Those charts are just showing 1 minute data during certain times of the day. I hope I am being clear with what I am experiencing. My 30 second and 15 second charts are showing 1 minute data on them. I want to point out that my broker is AMP Futures and I pay the CME data fee to them. What is the best way to resolve the data issues I am experiencing? Thanks.
