Many companies provide data feeds from the exchanges. Some much better, some much worse than others. Depending on what products you trade (futures, stocks, options, forex) and how you trade (HFT, Algo driven, levels, I know many that trade on delayed data) will ultimately determine what data feed is best for you. The Denali feed is at the top of the much better list and includes market depth. You will still need to subscribe to the exchange & pay their fees. It's definitely a more confusing topic, some places bundle all the pricing together, others break it all out.
