You need to understand our perspective of this. You have given us 2 very large Message Logs. In your first post you said "tried to rollback and i get these errors please help". What error specifically? What is the particular problem? In the second post you said "what does this timestamp message mean? the price is way off". What timestamp message are you referring to? Provide us a short description of what you are referring to. how was the price way off? For what particular symbol? Can you be more descriptive about the problem? At this point we cannot provide any help with this kind of presentation of information. And also, the issues you are facing still are very much on the OEC side. In the logs you posted you are still going over your limit: Open E Cry error: Your subscription limit of 15 has been reached | 2014-02-12 15:56:59 Furthermore, we have found an error in the OEC FAST market data service, where whenever historical data is requested, those also count against a subscription limit. Hopefully they will correct this issue soon. So basically our same two answers we gave to you in another thread previously remain. The only other thing we would add is do not use the Quote Board feature in Sierra Chart because it causes you to go over the OEC symbol limit too easily. Instead use a quote board in the OEC Trader software. We have explained this numerous times what the source of the problem is. If you want to use Sierra Chart, we recommend using another service other than OEC. Clearly it is not working well for you based upon the requirements that you have and Sierra Chart has.
