We think we know why you are not getting the delayed streaming data, but we are checking on it. In the meantime, the reason you are not getting the Real-Time data is that you have selected the package that includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed (great), but you still need to go through the rest of the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, which includes signing the agreements and enabling the exchange(s) that you want. You will find the Setup Instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Go through those Setup Instructions, but you will skip the section entitled Activate Service, as you have already taken care of that by selecting Package 11.
