Hi SC Support, The delayed exchange data is NOT streaming on either SC Data - All Services or SC Futures Order Routing/Data, after I updated the SC version yesterday. I have now reverted to previous version (2171) but the problem persists. I have followed the instructions fund on Delayed Exchange Data Feed and the problem is still not resolved. For what it's worth, the problem seems to have begun since I connected to SC Futures Order Routing after my trading account was assigned yesterday. I am waiting until Feb 1 to activate the Denali real time data feed to take advantage of the free data feed for the 1st month. I hope this is not the cause? Thanks in advance for looking into this! |
