Daniel (Manager at AMP) asked me to create a support ticket here and he will be contacting you. I've spent the morning working with AMP and Sivy at TT discussing grossly incorrect account balances in SC. For the last few hours my account balance has been off by $10K-$25K. Disconnecting/Reconnecting the feed, deleting the Account Balance data file, nothing updates it to the correct amount. As noted in other threads, even in periods of low volatility and evening sessions account balances through TT are not accurate and many times grossly off. Eventually they update but eventually isn't good enough. I know this isn't directly a SC issue, it's TT/AMP but it's absolutely DEADLY, how on earth can anyone trade with the combination of SC, SC Routing Service and TT/AMP? Real or Virtual Account Balances, Positions, Margin, PnL has got to be a high priority as mentioned here.
