Hi, I am a demo user now. I am not able to see FDAX intraday delayed movement in chart, its stuck at 9:50 AM 25th Jan, is there any data restriction from Eurex for Demo account ? I have tried opening a new chartbook, and tried reloading & recalculating..but its not moving. The ES & other CME instruments are working fine . Can you pls help ? [Update]- I have reinstalled the latest version from Help menu and after that I could see the intraday delayed chart upto today morning 27th Jan, but the FDAX DOM is not showing the depth , neither the chart is moving.
