I opened an account with AMP Global and selected the Sierra Chart TT Order Routing service and Denali Data feed that will be billed through my AMP account. I submitted my account info to SC and signed the exchange agreements. I'm able to submit orders but my datafeed is delayed. The table on the Denali Exchange Feeds page where I would manually activate the exchange feeds has no option to do so (I'm guessing that is because I selected to be billed through AMP). Do I need to hold a balance on SC for this purpose even though I elected to do my billing through AMP or is it a problem with AMP?
