We are not able to reproduce this. Try scaling the chart to expand it. When the Font Size is set to 0, then as the chart expands, the font for the letters will get bigger. See if when you expand the scale that you can then see the letters. If you still cannot see the letters, then post a screenshot of you chart so we can get an idea of what might be happening.
