There are these useful functions: sc.GetNearestTargetOrder() and sc.GetNearestStopOrder(), but no easy way to get the nearest Parent order.

When a stop and/or target are used, the parent can be found from one of them. When there is no stop or target and only a Parent Order, I would like a way to locate with certainty the latest parent order with no attached orders.
