Hi again, when I select Global Settings > Sierra Chart Server Settings as instructed in the link you sent me, there is no option for "Subscribe Market by Order Data When Market Depth Subscribed". There is only the following... detailed heartbeat logging use port 80... always use port 443... UDP port Use encryption for Historical... Max Depth Levels Use Realtime Compression... Remote Buffer Delay... Historical Data Client Timeout in Seconds Num. Retries after timeout That's it. If I click on DTC Protocol Server there is also no option for "Subscribe Market by Order Data When Market Depth Subscribed" Please advice. Thanks, Angelo P.S.
