Last month I linked my AMP Trading account with Sierra package 5 using both Rithmic and TTnet. With TTnet I was not getting reliable bid/ask data, so AMP changed the data feed to Rithmic only to discover that there was no historical data. Needless to say, I had AMP discontinue Sierra. I am currently using CQG Trader through the market delta trader platform to run Market Delta. I have been very pleased with the CQG data. I asked Chad at AMP this morning if CQG was working with Sierra yet. He said it was but I would have to open an account with Sierra and then they would connect it to CQG. On you website it says that with CQG I still need to sign up for Sierra Market Data. The way I read it is that the only thing I would be getting from CQG is the trading platform and that I would have to pay $40 for Sierra package 5 plus $35 for the data. Am I reading this right? If I use Rithmic is there a way to get historical data? I can say this has been a very frustrating experience. |
