In order to receive Historical data from Sierra Chart, you need to have your Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service set to SC Data - All Services. Also make sure the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is Enabled. You will then be able to receive the Historical data as well as the Streaming Delayed CME Data without having to pay any additional fees.
