You would just change the Subgraph reference. For instance, if you want to check the Crossover for Value Area High (SG2) you would change the formula to be =CROSSOVER(SG2, C). One item of note, the CROSSOVER function checks that the current value has actually crossed the item it is checking against, so it does not check if it is at the value.
