Hello, I`m a new user trying to have 15 days free trial. When I try to do anything inside the plataform there`s a message saying "Current service package does not support this function". This is the first time that I use Sierra Chart, but my wife had a free trial months ago, but using her email e name, so I don`t believe it`s because of her, although we`re using the same computer. Could you help me please? Thank you |
