i have sent the message logs as part of new support ticket - do not want the full log file on public forums from there you will see that your market data system seems to connect my session to your Delayed feed even though i am subscribed for the Real-Time one and hence wiped out a whole day of my trading and even made me lose money due to the inevitable discrepancies between delayed market data and order fills done against real time market data: Subscribing to symbol for symbol alert.
