I ran into an issue where I did not meet my monthly payment on time and my service was deactivated, I followed the steps to reactivate my service and add funds to my account, I believe I did everything correct but I still have the notification on my account control panel stating my service was deactivated, Can you check and see if in fact I have completed all the steps correctly or if there is something I missed and if so what it is I need to do to get everything working back to normal.
