Hello, I have read all the documentation and been trying (for 2 days now) to get the Level 2 data working for both the Level 2 window and on the Trading DOM. I have tried entering even the symbol from the example in the documentation AAPL-STK-ISLAND but it still doesn't work. The chart does not load properly and there is still only the current bid/ask volume being provided. i.e. 1 level of data. I am subscribed with Interactive Brokers to Level 2 data. Please see the screen shots. Is there any way I can get help to correct this issue. I am willing to pay for remote assistance etc.. Thank you,
