You need to setup the connection to your trading service within Sierra Chart. From what we can see, it looks like you were using Rithmic. If this is the case, then you would need to setup the items in Data/Trade Service Settings to be the same on the old computer and the new computer.

You probably will also have to reinstall the Bridge files for Rithmic. Refer to the information here:
