That is extremely rare to have a problem like that. Not sure we have ever seen that error before. We know why happens but it should never happen.

First thing we want you to do is to update Sierra Chart to the current version:
Software Download: Fast Update

After that, restart your computer. If that does not resolve it, then follow the instructions here to reset Sierra Chart to a default state:

You only need to delete the Sierra4.config file.
