We apologize for the delay. The first thing we want you to do is to make sure all of the symbols are correctly set in the charts. Use this Edit menu command for this:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

This will also cause reconnection to the data feed.

We also see lines like this where there is data being downloaded significantly into the past:

You would need to reduce this setting in your continuous futures contract charts to reduce the amount of data downloaded:
