We made some changes in recent releases so that the Left Side scale would work more appropriately. We do see this particular issue occurring and will get it fixed. In the meantime, one way you can workaround this is to set the Scale for the Time Line study to Same as Region and then set the second subgraph (SG2) to Hidden.
