This is a problem with the CQG data feed. We recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for data instead of CQG. Full documentation is here: Denali Exchange Data Feed You are going to continue to have the problem. This issue has nothing to do with a particular version of Sierra Chart. It is not a Sierra Chart problem. To correct the issue, reconnect to the CQG data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers And then follow the instructions here: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data.
