Make sure this setting is disabled on all of your charts:
Chart Settings: Automatically Rollover Futures Symbol (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)

Really it is this setting which is the cause of the problem. Why you had missing data, when you went back to December we do not know. That does not really make sense to us but you do have the ability to re-download the data like you did.
