Hi, was wondering whether you could help me. a) Do you know how approximately how long you may be continuing to support windows xp as an operating system? b) I find that I never seem to be able to zoom out as far as I would like on any of the charts. I am using DTN IQ as a feed, and am using markets such as the DAX front month (on Eurex exchange), Crude oil (CL front month). The actual data goes back far enough, but I would like to be able to zoom out far enough to see all the available data at the same time (even if the candle sticks disappear completely, and am only left with a thin line) without having to scroll or indeed move up to a higher time frame - this helps to give me an overview. Is this possible? I have tried reducing the chart text font size, but it does not appear to make any difference. By the way, the zoom buttons at the top show that I have reached maximum zoom out. Any other thoughts? c) Also, connected to this, when I start to reduce the size of a chart, I start losing data to the left, so have less and less of an overview. Would fixing the x,y relationship help in this context? I would like to be able to reduce the size of the pane whilst being able to continue seeing the same amount of data on the chart. Really hope that you can help in this matter as it really affects my experience of using the charts (I really like all the other aspects of your charting package). Thank you in advance for your help in this matter, Best Wishes, Peter Bertie |
