but the formatting is full of errors on the attached trade window. None of the buttons/menus are visible except for buy and sell. This sounds like a system issue. You have renamed the executable file to SierraChart_64_IBKR. Delete all instances of this file in all folders where Sierra Chart is installed. And do not rename the executable file. And then delete all shortcuts to Sierra Chart on your desktop. Run the SierraChart_64.exe file in the folder where Sierra Chart is installed to and then select Global Settings >> Create Desktop Shortcut to put a new shortcut on the desktop.
