We have released version 2207 which resolves the problem you ran into in the first post. You must have updated to the latest version and gone back to a prior version and then gone back to the latest version. Although based upon what you are describing in post #4 it sounds as though you have some sort of system issue causing that problem with Sierra Chart going back to a prior version. The only way I can load my chartbook is by updating to the current version every time I open sierra charts So it sounds like basically after you update somehow when you restart Sierra Chart you are running the prior version. That is not a Sierra Chart problem itself but a system issue. Any idea why that is happening? It simply makes no sense and is unheard of.
