First, you can always get to the Drawing Tool Properties by selecting the pulldown Tools >> Manage Chart Drawings Window and then select the drawing you want and select the Properties button. Refer to the information here: Chart Drawing Tools: Manage Chart Drawings Second, are you saying that you cannot access the pulldown menu for Global Settings >> Customize Chart Drawing Menu? If so, why are you not able to access it? Is it not listed, or grayed out, or something else? Or what happens when you do select it?
