Assuming that these windows are on the same monitor, then the first thing to do is to open the Drawing Properties for a rectangle in each window and compare the settings. It looks like the transparency is set differently between them. If they are different, which they must be, then the only reason they would be drawn differently is if there are different configurations setup and are being used in each of the windows. You will want to take a look at your configurations and the Current Configuration for each chart, as these can be different.
