We received your Installer Log and the error messages are the following: Error opening C:\SierraChart\SierraChart_64.exe. Windows error code 32: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
This means that Sierra Chart must have been running when you tried to perform the installation. Make sure that this is not the case. Sierra Chart cannot be running when you perform the install. If you continue to have problems, then you would need to use the Zip installer.
