received the following yesterday and again this morning: "-Notice: Your Sierra Chart account has a trading account for the SC Order Routing service and the billing is handled through your broker. - Notice: You have no exchanges active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed service. To activate exchanges, go to the link here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed- Web-based trading is available for the Sierra Chart order routing service. For more information, refer to Web-Based Trading Panel." I've been receiving data correctly, as far as I know. What am I supposed to do? Thank you. |
