Hello Support, I have an account with AMP Futures and my account balance dropped below their minimum requirement. The account fell below the minimum before they were able to renew the monthly service for the package 5. I went ahead and brought the account above the minimum and AMP states that my account is back active with them. However, I am still unable to connect with the data feed from Seirra. I get a notice saying that my balance is below $5 and that I need to make a payment of $10. Since AMP forwards the payments, what do I need to do to get this cleared? Can you please help in this matter? Thank you. |
