We need to know exactly what window you are having an issue with. Please tell us exactly what menu item you are selecting in order to open the window that you are referencing, or mouse click, or whatever. But tell us exactly what you are selecting so we know what window we are dealing with (Text Screen Window doesn't tell us anything).
