No need to rebuild any chart. That would not help anything. This is an impossibility: I have resolved previous issues where a complex chartbook become irreversibly broken after a major upgrade in Sierra versions.
It is not even technically possible. Unless you were using a Chartbook from a significantly older version like hundreds of versions earlier or from more than a year ago, and there was a compatibility issue where all the charts did not open, or there was a failure to read studies or Chart Drawings. This last case is exceptionally unusual though and has a solution by using an intermediate version to update the Chartbook across a longer-range of versions.And what you are doing is simply complaining and then saying things that we know are technically impossible, rather than giving us the information/files we need so we can help.
