Sorry, we are not going to accept the complaints and what you say is not correct either. We always do our very best and we continuously improve Sierra Chart and if there any issues we do promptly resolve those. We understand in the case of a new instance how the connection is not automatic and Chartbooks do not automatically open but you can manually connect with File >> Connect to Data Feed and open Chartbooks through File >> Open Chartbook This minor issue affecting a sub instance is now resolved. Update Sierra Chart again with Help >> Download Current Version.
