I have opened the Trade Window for the 5 Min chart but there is no Ladder on it. In order to have the Ladder on it I have to open it with "File>Open Trading DOM". On that DOM I activate "Scale In", "Scale out" but it does not work. I have tried to follow your steps but I cannot make it work. Is there a way I can I ask for your direct support? I am completely open to pay for your time. Thanks |
