It says 'Rejected: Please complete the Uniform Subscriber Agreement document, then re-complete this certification. Thank you' What does this mean? I completed the 'Uniform Subscriber Agreement' and then I completed the 'CME Non-Professional Certification'. Based on your conditions, I don't qualify as a non professional. I am looking to open an account soon. Please could you highlight what the problem is? Thank you |
